We understand how devastating it can be to fall victim to a scam, and we want to do everything we can to help.

Unfortunately, in most cases, it may be challenging for SAPI to recover any funds lost in a scam. However, we take phishing very seriously and work with third-party organisations to take down any fraudulent websites where possible.

If you suspect that you've been a victim of phishing, please don't hesitate to contact one of our helpful Customer Service representatives. You can reach us at hello@sapi.com. We'll work with you to investigate the situation and provide any assistance we can.

In addition, we recommend reporting the incident to Action Fraud, the UK's national reporting center for fraud and cybercrime.

Remember, it's essential to act quickly if you believe you've been scammed. Contact us or Action Fraud as soon as possible, so we can take the necessary steps to help protect you and prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.
