If you're applying for a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) on behalf of a limited company, a company director or an equivalent authorised individual, such as a UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner), is typically required to apply for a MCA on behalf of the business. This is because they have the legal authority to make financial decisions and enter into financial agreements on behalf of the company.

In all cases, a director must be present to respond to verification questions and electronically sign necessary documents, including the MCA contract.

Additionally, we may request the director to provide ID documents. To facilitate a seamless application process, please ensure that the director is available and has any necessary ID documents ready. You can refer to this list for the required documents.
