Why haven’t I received a decision after three business days?

As a standard procedure, we aim to inform you of your application status within one to three business days. However, if you do not receive any update within this period, it could mean that we require additional information from your end. We recommend that you check your SAPI Dashboard and email inbox regularly for any notifications regarding your application.
