How do I update my phone number?

Keeping your contact information up-to-date is important and easy to do. Within your SAPI account, you can add a primary/default phone number and additional phone numbers.

1. Click or tap your profile icon and select Manage Account.
2. Go to Your details section.
3. Tap on Personal mobile number to edit your number.
4. When you've finished making changes, click Save changes and close.

How do I change my email address?

Unfortunately, there is currently no option on the SAPI website for you to change your email address. However, you can always create a new SAPI account with your new email address. Please note that your order status and history cannot be transferred between accounts.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to hear that you're considering deleting your account. We want to make sure everything is right for you, so please chat with us live and we'll do our best to help you. We can also assist you with deleting your account if you still wish to do so.

Please note that before closing your account, it’s important to ensure that all outstanding balances have been settled.
