We've all been there. Forgetting a password is a common issue and we're here to help you out! To reset your SAPI password, simply follow these steps:
- On the login screen, click Forgot your password? and enter the email address associated with your SAPI account.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Remember, your new password must be different from your previous password and must be 8 characters or longer, contain at least one capital letter, a number, and a special character.

What happens after you change your password?
