Funding is subject to status, affordability and underwriting; personal guarantees will be required. SAPI Group Limited and SAPI Origination Limited are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; the Financial Ombudsman Service may not be able to consider complaints; not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Introducers and partners introducing the borrowers will receive an introduction commission from SAPI. Prospective applicants and borrowers should seek independent financial and legal advice if unsure about any terms or obligations.
