Represent SAPI's product accurately—don't exaggerate benefits or hide costs.

2. Compliant disclaimers
Include required regulatory disclaimers in all marketing materials.

3. SAPI brand consistency
Use approved logos, colors, and messaging.

4. Pre-approval required
All marketing materials mentioning SAPI must be approved by SAPI's compliance team before use.

- "FCA-regulated financing" (Inaccurate—we're registered for AML only, not authorized for consumer credit)

Required Disclaimers

All marketing materials must include:

Minimum disclaimer:

UK business customers only. Funding subject to status, affordability and underwriting. Personal guarantees are typically required. SAPI Group Limited and SAPI Origination Limited are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit; the Financial Ombudsman Service may not be able to consider complaints. Introducers receive commission from SAPI for successful referrals.
